Shipping, Returns, Fees and Warranty

Shipping, Returns, Fees, Refunds and Exchanges Policy USA and Canada:

DUTY, Fees and Tariffs : All international buyers will be responsible for any duty, tariffs,  or brokerage fees that may be due when importing our products. We do not pre-pay duty. Any shipping fees that we collect are strictly for the product being delivered from our warehouse to your location.

Shipping:

Although we try to get orders out as soon as possible, all standard shipping items will be fulfilled within 3-5 days. Next Day air shipping items will be shipped the same business day if ordered by 11 am and the product is not currently shown as on backorder. If the order is placed after 11AM EST the order will be shipped the next business day. If you need something delivered, you may want to contact us for guaranteed shipping options. UPS ground and USPS Priority are not guaranteed services.

Cancelations: If you need to cancel an order before it ships for any reason, please use the LiveChat or Leave Message feature at the bottom right side of this page. This is the fastest way for us to get your message. If the order is canceled while in transit you will be responsible for the shipping fees and they will be deducted from the refund.

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. If there is a defect please see below. All items must be packaged where the product will not get scratched or damaged during return shipping. If the box has been opened, this may require you to re-wrap the products in plastic bags, or plastic wrap. Do not use press and seal as this will leave an adhesive behind. Any damages will be deducted from the refund.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If you paid for the shipping of the items to you, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping expense. If you received “free” shipping, the cost of the shipping to you and returned to us will be deducted from the refund. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. For warranty returns, please see below.

1. Please use LiveChat or Leave Message feature at the lower right side of the screen to request a return and we will assign you a return authorization number. Once you have the RA number You will want to mail your product back to us. We can issue you are return label that will be deducted from your refund amount if you choose.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt that had been emailed to you upon completion of your purchase.

Return Exceptions:

Merchandise that has been worn, used (including filling bases with concrete for the Relaxation Stations), or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If your product is defective see the warranty below. If the unused product returned has not been packed to prevent damage during transit, we may charge up to a 50% of the product cost to cover the cost of repair at our discretion.

Once the item is received by AugHog Products we will inspect the package and photo document the return for your protection. If the item is in new unused condition and all original parts are included with the return, the refund minus the 15% restocking fee will be refunded using the same method that was used during the checkout of your purchase within 48-72 hours after our inspection. Restocking fees may be charged at our discretion.

Refund Fees:

Credit card companies like Stripe who is one of our payment processors may charge a fee for canceled or refunded transactions. If you ordered a product by mistake, and, or you want to make a return for any reason that is not for a defective product, we will charge you the fee that is charged to us and it will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee:

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee (at our discretion), and it will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the cost of  shipping and handling that you paid on the order. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If it is not in the original packaging, no refund will be given.

Exchanges:

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping and shipping for the new item choice. If the product has been removed from the shrink wrap and the product comes back damaged, no exchange will be permitted.

Warranty:

AugHog Products, LLC core products have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If your product is defective, we will repair or replace it at our choice within one year. The AugBrella Beach Umbrella Anchor has a lifetime warranty for the original residential purchaser, and we will repair or replace it if a defect is present. Commercial use has no warranty.

The AugAnchor has a one-year warranty for the original residential purchaser and we will repair or replace if a defect is present.

The lightweight Beach umbrellas and LED kits are made in China and have a 30 day warranty. If there is a problem with a beach umbrella or LED kit upon delivery, please notify us right away so we can replace it for you. Our American Made Umbrellas do have a warranty, depending on which grade you select.

For manufactured products other than AugHog Products, LLC, you must contact that manufacturer directly for their warranty information (such as LifeProof, AirHead, Kuuma, Boom, etc).

Missing Parts:

If for some reason you feel you are missing a part or component, you must contact us BEFORE throwing away your packaging. The components are packaged where they will not be damaged in transit, so many times they are overlooked. Typically, they are in-between a layer of cardboard or shrink-wrapped to another component. Please contact us before throwing away your packaging so we can assist you.

Exclusions:

Normal Wear and Tear:

Periodic maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

Batteries:

If batteries are included, they were included as a bonus and will not be covered by a warranty.

Abuse & Misuse:

Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquids other than what the product was designed for; (c) use of the Products or Accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product or Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of AugHog Products, are excluded from coverage.
